>Modify or alter the images as necessary for your use.
>Use the images in any electronic or print media, including advertising and editorial use.
>A link or credit to RestlessConcepts.com on each project is requested.

All Customers of Restless Concepts may not:

>Re-sell, distribute or sub-license the Images ,transfer the rights to the images or in any way make Restless Concepts images available for download or re-distribution. Use the images in a manner that makes them easily isolated to be used for re-distribution.
>Images can not be used to create any project that in any way that could be considered defamatory, pornographic, libelous, immoral, fraudulent or immoral.
>Use the Images or any part of them as all or part of a trademark, service mark, or logo. (Unless you have paid Restless Concepts for a logo or trademark image).
>You agree that the Images will not be transferred, shipped or exported into any country or used in any manner prohibited by the United States Export Administration Act or any other export laws, restrictions or regulations.

Restless Concepts retains copyright to all images and any derivative works with the exception of logos and trademark sales.



EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, THE IMAGES, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. RESTLESS CONCEPTS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE IMAGES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THEIR USE WILL BE ERROR FREE. Under no circumstances whatsoever will Restless Concepts be liable to you for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Images.
